At Team Quality Corp, we continue to strengthen a leadership model centered on people and the values that define us.
Together with Fundación Argennova and guided by specialized facilitators, we took part in the Values Roundtables, an experience inspired by the methodology of John Maxwell that encourages reflection, dialogue, and shared learning.
In this first stage, our leaders worked on two of the ten core values: Attitude and Initiative. It was a space for open dialogue, active listening, and personal growth that inspires us to keep evolving — both individually and as a team.
Through this experience, we have committed to continue exploring the remaining eight values, further strengthening our culture, our purpose, and the leadership style that defines Team Quality.
